VICKIE HEANEY – PRINTMAKER

 

Vickie Heaney is a seabird ecologist and printmaker based on the Isles of Scilly. Her artwork takes her zoological background and a starting point and uses vibrant colours and clean lines to bring to life the wildlife and marine heritage of the islands. This film gives us a chance to share a day of island life as we follow Vickie out in the field and in the studio, as well as a rare insight into her process.
